Summary

Cropmarks of a ring ditch of probable Bronze Age date is visible on aerial photographs. It is likely that this ring ditch is of Bronze Age date and that it relates to a round barrow. It lies at the north-west corner of a group of ring ditch cropmarks forming a barrow cemetery (NHER 12164).

Cropmarks of a ring ditch of probable Bronze Age date is visible on aerial photographs (S1). The ring ditch is sub-circular in plan with a narrow ditch and an external diameter of 30m. It is likely that this ring ditch is of Bronze Age date and that it relates to a round barrow. It lies at the north-west corner of a group of ring ditch cropmarks forming a barrow cemetery (NHER 12164).
