Map

July 2007. Norfolk NMP.
Probable field boundaries of post medieval date are visible as cropmarks on an aerial photograph (S1), centred at TM 3589 9891. The interpretation is suggested by their character and orientation, which appears to fit the pattern of enclosure depicted on historic Ordnance Survey maps, such as the 2nd edition 25 inch (S2). It should be noted that due to inadequate control the photograph could barely be rectified and this is likely to have adversely affected the accuracy of the mapping.
