Summary

Three curvilinear anomalies were found during field reconnaisssance survey on the route of a gas pipeline. They could be the remains of ploughed out barrows associated with the Weasenham barrow group, which is located immediately to the north. A number of pit-like anomalies were distributed randomly.

Three curvilinear anomalies, found by geophysical survey, could be the remains of ploughed out barrows associated with the Weasenham barrow group, which is located immediately to the north. A number of pit-like anomalies were distributed randomly. Only a few objects were recovered by metal detecting and fieldwalking survey.
