USE NHER 5579 FOR ALL FINDS RECOVERED FROM THIS SITE.
Finds recovered from this site have also been recorded under NHER 32877, NHER 36156 and NHER 37117.
1973. Stray Find.
Found by [1] at [2]:
1 Palaeolithic large iron-stained flint tool (Coll. No. 219). See drawing (S1).

Originally described as a cleaver, but re-identified as probably an unfinished axe roughout by J. J. Wymer (S3).
This discovery was first reported in (S4). It is also noted on (S5) and in (S6).
