Further features seen in the course of desk top evaluation for NHER 41949.
Cropmarks seem to demonstrate the presence of a large (double ditched?) square enclosure. This was previously recorded under NHER 11697.

A cropmark of a square enclosure of unknown date is visible on aerial photographs (S2-S3). This cropmark was previously recorded as part of NHER 11697. The enclosure is slightly sub-square in plan with a ditch measuring up to 3m in width. The enclosure has external dimensions of 34m by 32m. There are no obvious entrances. The date and function of the enclosure are unknown.
