Summary

Metal detecting in 2007 recovered one Roman coin, medieval and post medieval metal objects. Further metal detecting in 2008 recovered medieval and post- medieval objects, including a medieval dagger and post- medieval coins. Metal-detecting in October 2010 recovered a Late Saxon copper alloy harness fitting while metal-detecting in 2011 found a late Prehistoric flint flake, medieval and post-medieval buckles and a post-medieval knife end-stop.
