A cropmark of a linear ditch of unknown date is visible on aerial photographs (S1). The cropmark is intermittently visible for 616m on a west southwest to east northeast alignment that does not correspond to the modern field pattern. It is possible that it is a field boundary of unknown date. However, it is also possible that it is a modern drain or service trench.
