Map

February 2008. Norfolk NMP
Earthworks of linear ditches, probably post medieval boundaries, are visible on aerial photographs (S1). Linear ditches are present on a roughly north to south alignment that broadly follows the line of the Bawsey and Leziate parish boundary. The line of an 18th century turnpike road apparently cuts one of the ditches and it is likely that they relate to a medieval to post medieval boundary feature.
J. Albone (NMP), 4 February 2008.
