Summary

It is recorded that a number of Neolithic flints, including leaf, transverse and barbed and tanged arrowheads, were recovered from the parish of Weeting with Broomhill. They are now thought to be in the Cambridge University Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography. The exact location and date of their discovery are unclear.

Unprovenanced flints from Broomhill.

One arrowhead around 1904-5 (S1).
One triangular arrowhead with ridged back and triangular tang, forming pointed shoulders 1.2 inch x 0.8 inch, around 1908. (S2)
