Summary
The main barn at Tollgate Farm was constructed of red brick in the 19th century and features some wattle and daub walling. It is one of three outbuildings converted into residential units in 2008.

February 2008. Photographic Survey.
A photographic survey of existing barns at Tollgate Farm was carried out prior to conversion to three residential units.
