Oak Wood Site 8:
A small platform was identified during a rapid earthwork survey of Oak Wood, Crackling Hill, and Sheringham Wood. The platform measures 3m by 2m and is terraced into a north-facing slope. It is likely associated with World War Two military installations in Oak Wood (NHER 38264).
