Oak Wood Site 19:
An irregular depression was identified during an earthwork survey of Oak Wood, Crackling Hill, and Sheringham Wood. The pit measures 35m by 30m and up to 4m deep, with a probably ramp at the north-west corner. It is likely a former extraction pit.
