January 2008. Earthwork Rapid Identification Survey.
Sheringham Wood Site 19:
An approximately 15m square pit terraced into a north-facing slope was identified during a rapid earthwork survey of Sheringham Wood. The pit is approached by a path to the east and has been interpreted as an extraction pit.
