Full Description
Timber framed barn probably 18th century – one set of V-bracing is an insertion – but said locally to be 17th century and that the Duke of Norfolk used to come to look at it. Wattle and daub infill replaced by weatherboarding. One stead later walled off. Brick stables, post 1840 pre 1906. Wooden cartshed. Pony stables, not accessible at time of survey. Brick cowshed or dairy. . Farm sold by Duke of Norfolk in 1981.
