Map

1944. Noted by [1] when employed as MAAF District officer, in ploughed land, formed by light coloured soilmarks. Exact location within the field not certain. He informed Derek Edwards NLA 11 October 1985.
Solid circular mark with spokes radiating from it. Informant compared feature to the stone calendar wheels of the Lakota-Sioux of North America, but without the outer ring; it is however unlikely that this is more than coincidence.
E. Rose (NLA), 5 December 2006.
