Full Description
Row of Cottages, set back from White Street to east, now on west of Mushroom Farm
Dated to around 1800 to 1820 with later rear outshuts. Good cast iron fireplaces at first floor. Believed to have since been demolished.
There is a local story that the mushroom farm began in the cellar of a cottage, demolished before 2002, that stood to the west.
E. Rose (NLA), 6 December 2006
