Map

Large flint and brick house of two storeys with central porch or stair tower to each face. That facing the sea has a plaque 1630 RESTORED 1934 and that facing inland has SEAMAN AND STOREY FLINTKNAPPERS OF SHERINGHAM . (S1) states that the date of 1630 has no basis in fact; the building was fishermen’s cottages before 1934 and a new roof was made from old boats at that date. Certainly the exterior shows nothing dating before 1934.
