Summary

Metal-detecting at this location in 2008 and 2023 Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age and Late Prehistoric worked flints; Roman, medieval and post medieval pottery sherds; a medieval roof tile; an undated lava quern fragment; medieval and post-medieval coins; a post-medieval token and a number of other medieval to post-medieval metal objects. These metal finds include a medieval horse-harness suspension mount, furniture mount, purse frame fragment and lead weights and a post-medieval buckle, belt or harness mount and lead weights.

1 Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age flint thumbnail scraper.
2 Late Prehistoric flint flakes.
15 Roman pottery sherds.
1 ?Roman pottery sherd.
2 medieval pottery sherds, 1 roof tile, a horse harness suspension mount, furniture mount and lead weights.
2 post-medieval pottery sherds, a buckle, belt or harness mount and lead weights.
