September 1987. Survey.
Nag stable and gig house of brick, much altered. Second stable may have begun life as a forge. Shelter shed for horses with hayracks and a headrest for sick horses. Shelter shed for cattle. Loose boxes. All buildings of around 1860 with kingpost roofs, some older material reused. The barn was demolished in the 1940s. This is a Hare Estate farm on an E-plan which was moved across the road from it earlier site. In 1987 it was derelict but parts were being converted to residential use.
