Full Description
No 27 Tombland.
1972. Listed Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former house now office. 18th century. Red brick and slate roof. Three storeys plus semi-basement. Four bays. Window in former off-centre door. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches. Brick quoins and bracket cornice. Interior continuous with No 28 (NHER 51767)."

January 1981. Building Survey.
Examined as part of Norwich Survey.
Three-storey red brick block, two rooms deep of the 18th century. Original front door was right off centre in four bay façade and replaced by modern window. Ground floor front room with chair rail, much restored. Rear room ground floor with one panelled wall. Interior gutted throughout.
