Summary

One Late Saxon and one medieval pottery sherd were recovered from this area in 1988. Metal detecting in 2008 recovered a Middle Saxon strap end and 3 medieval coins.

1988. Casual observation.
Found when working in field.
Late Saxon St Neots type ware bowl rim; thumb impressed sherd from decorated bowl, made in Cambridgeshire area.
Medieval unglazed sherd; possible greenglazed Grimston sherd.
These finds were previously recorded under NHER 21452.
