Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former house, now flat and dental surgery. Late 18th century. Red brick and black pantiles. Three storeys. Three bays. Door to left side with rectangular fanlight moulded surround with keystone and consoles supporting hood. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches. Bracket cornice. Hipped roof."

November 1979. Building Survey.
Examined as part of Norwich Survey.
Three-storey 18th-century brick façade conceals a two-storey back block with flint and brick rubble walls.
Interior severly gutted with no surviving features of note. Stairs appear to be 19th century. Evidence of raising for third floor in the 18th century. Front doorcase said to be a pre-restoration original.
