Summary

Metal detecting in 2008 revealed a range of finds dating from the Late Bronze Age to the post-medieval period. Finds include a Late Bronze Age axe, Roman and medieval coins and a 10th century brooch.

Also a fragment of a Late Bronze Age socketed axe (S1), a Late Saxon brooch, an unusually large medieval buckle frame and a post-medieval candlestick socket.
