Map

October 2008.
Proposed conversion of existing attatched outbuildings to form ancillary accomodation to existing house.
The existing structure is an end terrace property with a two-storey attached outbuilding, a lean-to facing north-east and a lean-to facing north west. The existing roofs are in a state of disrepair which has caused timber roofing members to rot. It is proposed to convert the outbuilding and north-west lean-to into accomodation, and remove the north-east lean-to.
