September-November 2008. Test Pitting.
Evaluation conducted along proposed route of sewer pipe between Christchurch (Cambridgeshire) and Welney (Norfolk).
A ditch 1.2m wide and 0.33m deep of unknown date was revealed at this location (Test Pit 27), which ran roughly north-west to south-east parallel and c. 5m to the north-east of a public right of way.
