Summary

At an unspecified date a copper alloy spearhead was recovered from somewhere within Thetford. It was suggested that the spear was a post medieval replica but that if it was genuine then it dated to the Bronze Age.

Could be theatrical piece and thus of post medieval date rather than Bronze Age.
Held by NCM, formerly held as part of the Trigg Collection in Bury St Edmunds (F.33).
