Full Description
October 2009. Norfolk NMP.
A possible trackway was visible stretching for 76m from TG 1688 1702 to TG 1690 1709 as a cropmark on aerial photographs (S1) to the east of Brand’s Lane, Felthorpe. The ditches are situated 6.7m apart, but are rather faint and ephemeral, and only visible on one set of photographic frame, so have been recorded with a note of caution. It shares an alignment with the posible Iron Age to Roman boundary 650m to the west (NHER 52376) and may therefore be Iron Age to Roman in date.
E. Bales (NMP), October 2009.
