Summary

A linear ditch is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs to the north of Short-horn Road, running parallel to the Felthorpe/Stratton Strawless parish boundary. The fact that the ditch is parallel to the boundary in this way suggests that it represents a medieval to post medieval field boundary.

A linear ditch is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs (S1) to the north of Short-horn Road, running parallel to the Felthorpe/Stratton Strawless parish boundary for 113m, from TG 1878 1923 to TG 1874 1934. The fact that the ditch is parallel to the boundary in this way suggests that it represents a medieval to post medieval field boundary.
