Summary

Metal-detecting between 2009 and 2024 recovered Roman, Late Saxon, medieval and post-medieval coins and a range of other metal objects, including a Middle/Late Bronze Age copper alloy chisel; a Late Saxon harness fitting; a Late Saxon/medieval lead spindle whorl; a medieval coin weight, mount or binding strip from casket, horse-harness pendant and ferrule; a medieval/post-medieval copper alloy vessel fragment and a post-medieval coin weight, rowel spur and spur fragment.
