Full Description
March 2009. Norfolk NMP.
The cropmarks of an area of unphased and undated cropmarks to the west of Roman town at Caistor (S1-S4). The site is centred on TG 2230 0328. This site contains any fragmentary ditches within this area that could not convincing be assigned to a particular phase or site. See records NHER 52181-9 for cropmarks potentially relating to prehistoric funerary monuments, pre-Roman fields and Roman enclosures.
