Full Description
May 2010. Norfolk NMP.
A World War Two emergency water tank is visible as an extant structure on 1940s aerial photographs (S1)-(S3), centred at TG 2333 0635. Not visible on aerial photographs taken in 1943 (S4) or earlier, it was in place by 1944 (S1). Tanks such as these were used to supply water for fire fighting following bombing raids.
