Summary

A World War Two road block is visible on aerial photographs on Sweet Briar Road, west Norwich. The site is just one of several such obstacles evident surrounding the city (see NHER 51893 and 51906, for example).

A World War Two road block is visible on aerial photographs (S1-S3) on Sweet Briar Road, west Norwich. It is centred on TG 2048 1032, and consists of two banks which extend into the road, and may represent some form of check point. The site is just one of several such obstacles evident surrounding the city (see NHER 51893 and 51906, for example).
