Summary

A World War Two bomb crater is visible as an earthwork on 1940s aerial photographs. A considerable amount of bomb damage to adjacent houses and gardens is also evident on the aerial photographs.

A World War Two bomb crater is visible as an earthwork on 1940s aerial photographs (S1)-(S2), centred at TG 2143 0696. The crater lies in the front garden of 127 Newmarket Road; a considerable amount of bomb damage to adjacent houses and gardens is also evident on the aerial photographs.
