July 2010. Norfolk NMP.
The site of a World War Two road block and checkpoint is visible on aerial photographs on Bishop’s Bridge (NHER 617) across the River Wensum, Norwich (S1). The site is centred on TG 2399 0899 and consists of four large concrete blocks which formed part of a barrier and check point across the river.
