Full Description
July 2010. Norfolk NMP.
The site of a World War Two earthen-covered air raid shelter is visible on aerial photographs alongside the railway tracks and Gothic Works (NHER 41652) at Thorpe, Norwich (S1-S3), centred on TG 2452 0789. This may have provided shelter for both the engineering works staff and the railway workers.
