July 2010. Norfolk NMP.
A possible World War Two Air Raid Precaution warden’s post is visible on aerial photographs (S1) in the grounds of Bull Close Road Infants’ School, Norwich.
It is centred on TG 2340 0913 and may be ARP post ‘M2’ described in ‘Norwich at War’ (S2), although it is also possible that it represents an above ground air raid shelter, as it appears to exhibit a blast wall at the entrance to the structure.
