A World War Two semi-sunken air raid shelter is visible on aerial photographs (S1) on land within the former Horse Market, to the north west of Bell Avenue, Norwich.
It is centred on TG 2312 0843, and is identical in appearance to several other shelters recorded within the city centre (NHER 54291, 54292, 54295, 54296, 54297, 54298, 54301, 54309, 54311, 54315, 54317, 54318, 54332, 54335, 54339, 54340). Further underground shelters are visible on the former Cattle Market to the east (NHER 54325).
