Map

June 2008. Building recording.
The house is an early 17th century single cell structure that was part of the small Quaker settlement on the parish boundary of North Walsham. The 18th century meeting house is opposite with a further row of houses and the cemetery on the hill above. The house still retains original features including the chimney piece, moulded beams and mullion windows. The house is mainly constructed from brick with a pantile roof. The brickwork is of small bricks laid in English bond typical of the early 17th century. A typical 18th century rood structure with wedge tenons to the purlins and with a ridge purlin.
