Full Description
July 2010. Historic Building Recording.
Record made of redundant agricultural buildings ahead of their proposed conversion.
The complex of barns at Low Farm are shown on the 1840 tithe map and comprise a barn for sheltering animals along the road to the north of the site, a pole barn running at a right angle to the animal shelter, an open fronted barn with an upper floor to the south-east of the complex with a modern building adjoining this to the north, a second pole barn within the courtyard and a series of open fronted barns running along the roadside that have since collapsed.
