Summary

Site of 17th century thatched two-storey cottage. The roof was destroyed by fire in 2010. Building recording was undertaken in 2012 in association with plans to build a replacement dwelling on the site.

Record made of the fire-damaged structure prior to its proposed demolition.
Plastered timber-framed cottage believed to date from late 17th century. One clay lump gable wall and some internal wattle and daub walls. Photographic record created following fire in association with plans for replacement dwelling.
