Map

June 2010. Norfolk NMP.
A possible ring ditch is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs (S1) on land to the west of Little Melton Road, Hethersett.
It is centred on TG 1503 0625, and measures approximately 37m in external diameter, and the ditch itself is approximately 1.9m wide.
There are two areas of prehistoric finds in the vicinity (NHER 14533 and 17932), and despite the fact that this possible ring ditch is only visible on one set of photographs it is a clear cropmark and has therefore been mapped, albeit with a note of caution.
E. Bales (NMP), 16 June 2010.
