A possible World War Two bomb crater is visible as an earthwork pit with surrounding ‘halo’ of upcast spoil on aerial photographs (S1-S2) on land to the north of Back Lane, Hethersett.
The crater is centred on TG 1603 0558 and measures approximately 6.6m in diameter.
