Map

July 2010. Norfolk NMP.
Three linear banks are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs, on land to the south of Cantley Lane, Cringleford.
They are centred on TG 1946 0507. It is possible that these features are caused by natural undulations in the ground, although it seems probable that they are post medieval drainage features. However, they may be related to the undated bank or hollow way (NHER 9409) recorded 15m to the south, which was not clearly visible on the available aerial photographs.
E. Bales (NMP), 20 July 2010.
