Full Description
July 2010. Norfolk NMP.
Undated ditches including a possible trackway are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (S1) on land to the south of Barnard Road, Norwich. They are centred on TG 1695 0981.
There are two parallel ditches situated up to 7m apart, which may form part of a trackway related to the possible Roman road NHER 15768 (and possibly NHER 54443). The cropmarks are rather faint and ephemeral, however, and only visible on one photographic frame (S1 Frame 10), and have therefore been recorded with a note of caution.
