Summary
A bore hole survey in October 2006 indicated that a quarry pit that had been partially infilled during the 19th century with overburden and spoil removed from the adjacent pit to the south.

October 2006. Bore hole survey.
Deposits encountered indicated the presence of a quarry pit partially infilled during the 19th century with overburden and spoil removed from the adjacent pit to the south.
