Full Description
October 2010. Eastern Daily Press.
Graffiti on the wall of a listed building near to Aylsham town centre carries the Royalist slogan 'STAND BY THE KING' and is believed to date from the 1936 abdication of Edward VIII. The logo of the British Union of Fascists is also marked on the wall below which may have been added at a later date. In 2010 a local resident launched a campaign to try and preserve the graffiti which is starting to fade due to weathering.
