Summary

In September 2010 the agricultural buildings at Mere Farm were recorded. The building were built c.1900 from brick plinth with a timber softwood frame and traditional timber roof with intermediate trusses.

The buildings were built c.1900 from brick plinth with a timber softwood frame and traditional timber roof with intermediate trusses. The upper barn was thought to be constructed for use as a general storage barn with the lower open fronted barns possibly used as cart sheds with a single stable provided to the south of the range.
