October 1975. c.50m N of church. Field partly under crop, and partly freshly turned over, so poor conditions.
Surface scatter of Late Saxon Thetford-type ware in immediate vicinity of isolated church.
Some medieval, and at least two sherds of Middle Saxon Ipswich ware.

January 1977.
The Late Saxon Thetford - medieval scatter extended to the SW of the church, and two further Middle Saxon Ipswich sherds were found against the outside of the NE churchyard wall.

August 1978. Casual collection. North west edge of churchyard.
One Late Saxon Thetford-type ?storage jar body sherd; one Late Saxon Thetford-type bowl rim with rouletted decoration.
Three unglazed medieval sherds.
Two fragments rooftile, ?medieval.
Fragment iron knife blade.
