Full Description
A local source [1] suggests that anti-landing trenches were dug in this area during World War Two. However, no traces of these are visible on aerial photographs.

No evidence for the possible anti-landing trenches (as above) was seen on aerial photographs or lidar visualisations consulted as part of this survey.
