Full Description
April 2011. Norfolk NMP.
Two undated linear earthwork ditches are visible on aerial photographs (S1) on land to the south of Bond’s Green, Bracon Ash. It is likely that they are associated with the medieval moat (NHER 9506) to the north, although they may also have performed a drainage function in the post medieval period.
They are centred on TG 1782 0003, are on the same alignment as the moat to the north, and measure approximately 3.5m in width.
E. Bales (NMP), 04 April 2011.
